Sammanfattning

This study examines the relationship between ethics of Artificial Intelligence and the design and implementation process of Artificial Intelligence in Business Intelligence. In doing so, I compare the current ethical knowledge in AI with AI users and researchers experiences. This is based on three fields; Key activities for successful implementation, outcome effects of laws and regulations, and ethical analysis of data. The results of the study confirms existing theories about why AI projects might fail, but expands and develops the complexity of Artificial Intelligence in an ethical aspect.
