Data Monitoring Prototype For Social Services

This project aimed to investigate ways to visualize data and reduce information overload for employees and managers working in Swedish municipal healthcare. This has been achieved by conducting research and through targeted changes to ActMap, a data monitoring system for healthcare professionals. Changes were made to different pages and usability testing was performed using heuristic evaluation. The resulting system was deemed to be more easily understandable and more convenient to use.
