Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging(MRSI) are non-invasive techniques used to quantify biochemical metabolites in tissue.Despite their value, reliable analysis of MRS and MRSI data remains challenging dueto complex processing pipelines that often require specialized expertise. Existing soft-waresolutionsfrequentlydependonadvancedknowledgeofspectroscopyorprogrammingskills, creating a steep learning curve for new users and limiting accessibility.MRSpecLAB was developed to overcome these challenges. It is an open-access and user-friendly software platform for MRS and MRSI data analysis. MRSpecLAB is designedfor straightforward installation and provides an intuitive graphical user interface with apipeline editor that enables both predefined and fully customizable workflows. In addi-tion, itoffersstandardizedprocessingpipelineswhileallowinguserstoincorporatecustomfunctions. MRSpecLAB is intended to promote collaboration and facilitate sharing ofdata processing workflows, and support reproducibility across diverse MRS and MRSIapplications.
