As a conclusion to the Construction program that I study at Lulea University of Technology, I have chosen to write my thesis on the Tender Calculation process and that means that I will do a cost calculation on… The tender calculation process is very important, fundamentally significant strategically for carrying out the construction project and being able to save resources as well as possible during the entire construction process, therefore an estimate of the tender price for a construction project cost is the main issue during the tender preparation and all contractors want to save resources throughout the construction process. The focus is the production conditions and methods for carrying out the project. This is the basis for a good estimate of the offer price. A work estimate is usually made of production according to how they plan to perform the work. A production calculation is set up to report all processes and activities, plans in the order they implement. On this thesis report I will try to use and apply my theoretical knowledge that I have learned during my study at LTU University on making a bid calculation
