This study aims to investigate how artificial intelligence (AI) enhances efficiency withincompanies, exploring its impact across sectors. Through a qualitative approach, data wasgathered primarily through semi-structured interviews. Applying qualitative analysis ofinterviews from Picadeli, Svegro, Läkarmissionen and ICA. The authors inspected AI’s rolein enhancing decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and automating routine tasks.Findings indicate that AI could boost efficiency in companies. However, successfulimplementation revolves on substantial investments and infrastructure. The most criticalfactors that were identified in the interviews were machine learning, communication,resources, and training & skills development.
