The VINICI platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver information about politicians and political parties to voters, journalists and researchers (VINICI - ჩვენ შესახებ, n.d.). This study aimed to understand how political platforms can be designed to make them more concise and user-friendly, ensuring usability for a wide range of users beyond researchers and journalists. By improving content presentation and refining visualization tools, the study sought to make a VINICI platform more appealing to users, simplify the platform, enhance and broaden VINICI’s appeal and role in digital civic engagement. The study relied on usability testing for data collection. The research question - “How can the design of VINICI platform be improved to increase user engagement and trust for different audiences?” - is answered through a comprehensive set of design propositions that address each identified theme: Accessibility and Inclusivity, Transparency and Trustworthiness, Engagement and Interactivity, Digestibility and Personalization of Content.
