This study aims to strengthen the use of "Water layer theory" through a validation of Yahya Ghasemi's mix design model. This is based on an understanding of the components of cement mixes which are the most widely used material globally, as well as its impact on the flowability of the mix. An in-depth understanding of the properties of the mixture ingredients helps to optimize the dosage of the ingredients and can lead to a reduction in the cement and water requirements of the mixture. The dissertation in this work introduces tests of strength and consistency classes from a new mixture design model based on the relationship between the flow of the mixtures and the specific surface of the particles through a Japanese theory Water layer theory.
