In this work the writer explores flexibility and possibilities working with sample based synthesis, what transformative processes are needed for it to change the sound. Researching the meaning, possibilities and the significance of sound-character manipulation in sample based synthesis. How it feels to have control over your own material, going in to macro-sphere of overview. Working in retrospective of the past and the present, to use something that no longer is, to use it in present; making it current. Material reimagined through Compositing. By compositing concurrent events to establish new artistic value and open new horizons of sound composition over time. Give room for control, synchronicity, movement and timbre.
