Shared Villa

Sammanfattning

The project explores collective living within a suburban villa context, specifically in Södra Lännersta, Nacka, an expanding area where properties are being subdivided. The proposal can accommodate up to twelve residents who share spaces and resources such as a gym, hobby room, guest room, greenhouse, and a terrace with a sauna and pool. At the same time, the residents have their private bathroom, kitchen and living room. This new way of living could offer a solution for people of all ages who seek the spatial qualities of a villa without bearing the full responsibility or living costs alone, as well as for those who desire increased social interaction or wish to reduce their carbon footprint through their way of living.
