As AI integrates natural language interaction modes and spreads worldwide, people’s expectations and relationships with technology are also evolving. Some people view AI not only as a highly efficient smart agent but also as an intimate companion for personal growth and everyday experiences. This also creates opportunities to design “staying in the moment” experiences in interactions with AI. This project explores the potential of interacting with AI through bodily movements, shifting from retrospective, language-based interaction toward context-aware, body-based interaction. We approached this through stages of context exploration, ideation, and experimentation to identify opportunities for embodied human-AI interactions that support "staying in the moment" experiences in everyday activities. We introduce: (1) a conceptual framework that guides our process of creating embodied AI artefacts, (2) two lo-fi artefacts that were explored within participants' daily routines and echoed their movements throughout the process, and (3) a concept catalogue for extending these ideas into multiple everyday contexts.
