This thesis aims to manage a coach prototype project through developmentand homologation. It goes all the way from norm analysis to conception andvalidation. The overall goal of the project is to develop a bi-modal coach for bothpassengers and their car. At the moment, a prototype is under development andwill need to be operable on open road to assure both feasibility and market. Thatis why it must respected every norms involved in a homologation process. Forthis, the thesis first focus on the norms and regulation in order to assure thedevelopment and technical solutions respect it. After that the work mainly consistof CAD conception and FEA simulation to comply with both law and functionalityfor the project.
