Sammanfattning

In my thesis the AI Act’s inability to acknowledge the micro-fascistic tendencies within Artificial Intelligence will be studied. This will be done by using the theoretical concept of micro-fascism, Rhizome, machine, assemblage and lines of flight, developed by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari and by using a diffractive method developed by Karen Barad. In my analysis, I will look at four different diffractive cuts made by and within the Act: the legal cut, the market cut, the anthropocentric cut and the subsidiarity cut. I will also look at the cuts relation to each other and to the general goals of the European Union.
