PulsePoint : Hälsoregistrering och statistik i ett headless fullstacksystem

Sammanfattning

This thesis project was carried out at Knowit Experience and aimed to develop PulsePoint, a web-based application designed to help workplaces track em ployee health over time. The system allows users to log daily health metrics such as sleep, stress, and activity levels, while managers can access anony mized, aggregated statistics. The application was built as a fullstack solution using a headless architecture. The backend was developed with ASP.NET Core, MySQL, and JWT-based au thentication, while the frontend was implemented in Nuxt 3 with TypeScript and D3.js for data visualization. The project included everything from database modeling, authentication and role management to frontedn structure, API com munication use Nuxt’s built-in fetch composables and data visualization with D3.js. The result is a working web application where users can track their well-being and see trends over time, while managers gain insight into the overall health of their teams. The development focused on ease of use, security, and the ability to expand the system in the future.
