This quantitative study investigates how project managers perceive their work-life balance and how this balance affects their well-being, job performance, and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a survey with 99 project managers from various industries. The results show a positive correlation between perceived work-life balance and job satisfaction, particularly when there is a positive interaction between work and private life. No significant differences in work-life balance were found based on gender, education level, or work experience. The regression analysis showed that the interaction between work and private life was the strongest predictor of job satisfaction.
