Musik och specialpedagogiska arbetssätt i förskolan : Musik som verktyg för att främja lärande och inkludering

Sammanfattning

The aim of this study is to expore ecucator's experiences of music as a special educational tool in preschool. The study is based on interviews with six participants and was analyzed thematically. The results show that music is viewed as a versatile tool that promotes communication, participation, and inclusion. It functions as an alternative "language" for children with limited verbal abilities and supports social interactions and language development. Music is also used to create structure, calmness and support children's emotional regulation. The study concludes that music has a strong potential as a special educational resource, but its use depends on adequate and supportive conditions.
